1.盆里放入蛋黄5个

2.老爸是个糖友,所以用了木糖醇,加入木糖醇30克

5.打至湿性发泡

6.将1/3打发好的蛋白霜加入蛋黄中,用刮刀翻拌均匀

7.加入过筛后的低筋面粉翻拌均匀

8.倒回到剩下的蛋白霜

9.继续翻拌均匀

10.牛奶和黄油加热至70度加入到面糊中

12.将面糊倒入铺了烘焙纸的烤盘中,轻震几下震出大气泡

13.放入预热180度烤箱, 烘烤13分钟,取出

14.冷却后,把蛋糕四周切整齐,按图片分成4份

15.淡奶油加木糖醇打发,打发到有明显纹路。先取一块蛋糕片抹上奶油加点猕猴桃颗粒

16.再加2片小的蛋糕片,重复上面步骤,直到加最后一片蛋糕片

17.给蛋糕四周均匀抹上奶油

18.提前做好的转印图

19.把巧克力转印放在蛋糕上,用裱花嘴裱上下花边

原来的方子是做蛋糕卷的,因为要做长方形蛋糕,所以用了这个方法
